Engineer Bio:
Bill received his B.S., magna cum laude, from N.Y. Inst. of Technology in 1977. He has served as Dep. Comm. of Public Works for the City of Rockford (78-79); Asst. Supt. Of Highways and County Engineer for Winnebago County (79-92); Public Works Director for Polk County, OR (92-93); Operations Manager for Holden Village, WA (94-95); and County Engineer for Dekalb County since 1995. Bill was named National Rural County Engineer of the year in 2006 by NACE. |
