Bill Kuhn has received a B.S. (1976) and an M.S. (1980) in Civil Engineering from the University of Illinois (UC Campus), and a M.A. (2002) in Economics from UNLV. Bill is a registered professional engineer and has provided engineering, financial and real estate consulting services in the USA, Asia and Central America.

Fulton County, part of the Military Land Tract, was established in 1823 and is named for Robert Fulton, inventor of the steamboat. Fulton County is known as the Heart of Spoon River Country. With the Illinois River on the eastern border, the Spoon River meanders through this beautiful County.
